Would you like to be close to the main tourist attractions of the Périgord Noir while enjoying peace and quiet in the countryside? Then our cottage is perfect for you. You’ll have a 38 m² ground-floor cottage in a renovated old barn we live in. You’ll be independent, with a kitchen, a spacious living/dining area, and a sleeping area with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the (unfenced) garden, you can enjoy outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The house is set apart from the village (about 200 m), beside a river running at the end of the garden. Ideally located near the Dordogne valley’s top sites, it’s a peaceful, cool retreat between your visits. Sarlat, the region’s gem, is only 20 km away. On hot days, nothing beats a swim in the Dordogne (10 km away). You can also explore the main sites by canoe—a wonderful experience! The Vézère valley is just a few more kilometers away. Close to the Lot, you’ll discover different landscapes. Caves, castles, gardens, traditional markets, and evening meals with local products will help you appreciate our beautiful region. As locals, we’ll gladly help you organize excursions if you wish. On-site parking, electric car charging available for an extra fee. Bike storage provided; we’re on the Céou valley cycle route. Towels and bed linen included.
